Nicholas Yannaci

Nick joined UBS in June 2009 and is a Director in Group Tax.  In his current role, he advises Wealth Management and the Investment Bank on information reporting and withholding issues, assisting the divisions in complying with and understanding the many intricacies of their obligations. Prior to his present position, Nick managed the U.S. Tax Operations team at UBS for 6 years.

Before coming to UBS, Nick was an attorney with Compliance Technologies International LLP, where he assisted with several information reporting and withholding remediation projects for a variety of large financial institutions.

Nick received his JD from Albany Law School, his MBA from Union University and his BS degree from Niagara University.
