Neal Ruskin

Neal Ruskin is Managing Partner, Product Development at Silver Management Group, Inc.  He is responsible for Silver’s product suite of investment services processing software and serves as strategic business and technology advisor for Silver’s investment services clients.  An acknowledged expert in cost basis and investment tax reporting, Mr. Ruskin serves as an industry thought leader and guides interpretation of IRS regulations and related statues.  Prior to joining Silver, Mr. Ruskin served as Chief Enterprise Architect at TD Ameritrade and Technical Director at CheckFree Investment Services (now Fiserv).  Mr. Ruskin holds a masters degree in industrial design from The Pratt Institute and a bachelors degree in political economics from Princeton University.
