Mary Reisert

Mimi is the General Counsel of Litigation for the Institutional Client Group at Citigroup Global Markets Inc.  Mimi has been with the firm for 36 years and has spent much of her time concentrating on structured product litigations, securities and antitrust class action litigations, contract disputes, internal investigations, regulatory matters, intellectual property litigations and lending, trustee and agent bank disputes  The group that Mimi manages is responsible for the defense of litigations arising out of, among other areas, the Markets businesses, TTS, Investment Banking, Commercial Banking and the Private Bank.
