Mark Zimkind

As SVP of Continental, Mark oversees account management, corporate actions, and SPAC administration. Under his management, Continental has managed 94% of all SPAC merger transactions ever completed in the past 20 years, aggregating over $50 billion. Mark has handled some of the largest and most complex mergers, completing over 2,000 corporate action events in his career. Mark has more than 30 years in the transfer agent industry serving roles at large agents such as Georgeson, Bank of Montreal, and Manny Hanny.
