Lynn Konop

Lynn M. Konop serves as Vice President of Enterprise Compliance at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. Lynn is also Chief Compliance Officer of Charles Schwab Futures, Inc.  Her responsibilities include oversight of the futures compliance, international compliance and enterprise compliance programs. She has been with Schwab for 20 years and previously served as Vice President of Distribution Compliance.

Prior to joining Schwab in 2000, Lynn spent 18 years at Morgan Stanley in New York where she held several senior positions in the Compliance Department including Vice President of Retail Compliance and Vice President of Product Compliance.

Lynn attended St. Peter’s College where she received a degree in Marketing with a minor in Economics.
