Leonard (Len) Belvedere

Mr. Belvedere has extensive experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining CCC. Len was a Senior Vice President at FII/FTS. Len was the Chief Executive Officer at INVeSHARE, an innovative provider of regulated shareholder communications. Prior to joining INVeSHARE, Mr. Belvedere was employed at American Stock Transfer as Vice President of Annual Meeting and Print & Mail Services. He has also held various positions at Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch, Depository Trust Company, Prudential Securities, Bank of America, and JP Morgan Hedge Fund Services. Mr. Belvedere is the past President of the Corporate Actions Section of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) Operations and Technology Society. He has been on the Board of the Section since 1994. Mr. Belvedere graduated from Boston University with a major in public relations and a minor in government and public affairs. He is also a Dale Carnegie Graduate.
