Lani Quarmby

As Legal Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at Citi, Lani is responsible for overseeing the risk management function, including data management, controls, and regulatory remediation.

Lani also leads Global Legal Solutions (GLS) and is responsible for all aspects of Global Legal finance, operations, outside counsel management, innovation, and technology.

Prior to her role at Citi, Lani was an Associate General Counsel and Managing Director at Bank of America.  Prior to Bank of America, Lani was a Counsel at O’Melveny & Myers LLP in Washington D.C. In addition, Lani also served in positions at the White House, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia, the U.S. Department of Justice, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
