Krista Ryan

Krista Ryan is a Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel in Fidelity’s Legal Department. In her current role, Krista leads a team of attorneys who support brokerage trading, operations, product, and regulatory issues across Fidelity Institutional and Fidelity Fund Brokerage Operations and Technology. Prior to her current role, Krista helped lead Fidelity’s advocacy and implementation efforts with respect to the Dodd-Frank Act.

Krista received a Bachelor of Art degree, Magna Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts, and a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School.
