Kevin McCosker

Kevin McCosker is a Managing Director for BNY Mellon | Pershing, where he is responsible for Corporate Actions, Custody, Money Desk and Global Tax Management.

Kevin has held a variety of management positions since he joined Pershing in 1978, including restricted and legal transfers, custody, balancing, mutual funds, alternative investments, limited partnerships, account transfers, purchase and sales, AMEX^® operations and project management. He was a member of the management team that established the Lake Mary, Florida office and operations center in 2007. This included establishing and maintaining relationships with local universities such as University of Central Florida, Seminole State College, Rollins College, and Stetson University to facilitate the initial and ongoing recruiting efforts.

In 2010, Kevin received The Shareholders Services Association Tony Fireman Award for his leadership in obtaining changes to the cost basis legislation that made it easier to transfer cost basis information throughout the industry.

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Saint Peter’s College. He is a licensed General Securities Principal, General Securities Registered Representative, and Uniform Securities State Agent with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
