Keith Agisim

Keith Agisim is the Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Global Technology and Global Intellectual Property for Bank of America.

Keith and his team are responsible for creating and implementing the Bank’s intellectual property strategies and policies, including protecting the Bank’s intellectual property, defending the Bank against claims of others, and monetizing the Bank’s intellectual assets.

In addition to managing the Bank’s intellectual property program, Keith leads a global team of lawyers that support the Bank’s technology group, information security and Global Business Services.
