Jillian Eng is managing director and general counsel for the Bank Regulatory Group of JPMorgan Chase & Co.  The Bank Regulatory Group advises the firm globally on the impact of U.S. bank and bank holding company regulations on its widespread operations.  The group is responsible for reviewing new activities, investments and acquisitions; advising on financial regulatory reform and implementation, including on regulatory capital issues, living wills, and Volcker Rule requirements; preparing U.S. bank regulatory applications; serving as the firm’s liaison with its U.S. bank regulators; and responding to inquiries from overseas regulators.

Jillian joined JPMorgan Chase in 2017.  Prior to joining, she was an executive director in the Legal and Compliance Division of Morgan Stanley from 2013 to 2017, a managing associate in the Financial Regulatory Group at Linklaters from 2011 to 2013, an associate in the Financial Institutions and Mergers and Acquisitions Groups at Sullivan & Cromwell from 2006 to 2011, and a corporate associate at Chadbourne & Parke from 2004 to 2006.

Jillian received her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School and her B.S. in Biological Sciences, cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
