Jeff Isaacs

Global Head of Third Party Governance Goldman, Sachs & Co.

Jeff is global head of Third Party Governance within Business Finance and Spend Management with oversight for the Third Party Risk, Strategic Outsourcing, Diversity Supply Chain, and Contracts Governance teams. In his current role, he focuses on managing the firm’s risk mitigation efforts in connection with third party engagements, increasing sustainability within the firm’s supply chain and designing an appropriate framework for material outsourcing transactions. Jeff is a member of the Global Business and Operational Resilience Committee. Previously, he served as global co-head of Supply Chain as well as both global chief operating officer of the Legal Department and global head of the Technology, Intellectual Property and Contracts practice area. Jeff joined Goldman Sachs as a managing director in 2010.

Prior to joining the firm, he served as vice president and corporate counsel for Mergers & Acquisitions and Financial Management at The Prudential Insurance Company of America. Jeff also served for more than three years as chief operations officer of Prudential’s Legal and Compliance department. Earlier in his career, he was a corporate associate at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius.

Jeff earned a BA, magna cum laude, in Political Science from Colgate University in 1985 and a JD from Columbia University School of Law in 1988.
