Gregory Scanlon

Greg Scanlon is a Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.  Since 1995, Greg has handled and supervised a wide variety of regulatory inquiries and enforcement matters, customer arbitrations, and litigation matters for Schwab.  He also represents employees in testimony before regulators and counsels Schwab business units on legal and regulatory issues.  Currently, Greg manages Schwab’s Litigation & Regulatory Group.  Greg has a B.A. from Fairfield University (’89) and a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University (’92) and is located in Lone Tree, Colorado.
