Graeme McEvoy

Graeme McEvoy is the Head of Wholesale Operations for Wells Fargo, based in New York. In this position, he is responsible for the Operations functions in support of the Commercial Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking, and Wealth Management businesses of the company.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo in early 2023, Graeme had spent 15 years running operations in support of the Institutional Securities business at Morgan Stanley. During this time, he also served as a main board member of the DTCC. Earlier in his career, he spent 11 years in operations management roles in the Commodities business at Goldman Sachs, in both London and New York.

Prior to his career in Finance, he spent 10 years serving as a Submarine Officer in the UK Royal Navy.

Currently, Graeme serves as the Chair of the Operations and Technology Steering Committee for SIFMA, as a Governor of Clifton College in the UK, and as a Trustee of the Clifton College Development Trust.

Graeme graduated in 1990 with a degree in History from the University of Exeter in the UK. He currently lives with his family in New Jersey.
