Dounia leads the US Digital Customer Offering, helping companies apply human experience insights to architect sales, service, and marketing solutions that drive business value. Under her leadership, her multi-disciplinary teams design, build, and operate platforms that deliver personalized experiences, earn loyalty, and realize financial outcomes. Dounia works closely with alliances including Salesforce, Oracle CX, ServiceNow CSM, Netsuite, Apptus, Anaplan, and others.

Before joining Deloitte Digital, Dounia was an executive in the financial services industry. She has spoken at several forums on digital transformation and written about digitization, customer engagement, and breathing new life into legacy systems. She is passionate about talent development, especially women in technology. When she’s not helping her teams deliver successful transformations, she enjoys spending time with her son, running and training for long-distance events.
