Danielle Tarasen

Danielle Tarasen is head of supervisory group supporting the firm’s global cross-border strategy across PCG and other business units, as well as oversight efforts of non-US legal entities.

Before joining Raymond James, Danielle was most recently at UBS Group AG serving in various legal counseling roles including Head of Legal and Compliance for the International and Puerto Rico business divisions, and Divisional Counsel for the Eastern Division of UBS Wealth Management Americas Private Client Group.  She began her career in private practice, representing financial institutions and registered representatives in customer and employment litigation and regulatory matters.

Danielle earned bachelor degrees in Political Science and Rhetoric at University of California, Berkeley, and a Juris Doctor at University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
