Casey Kobi

Casey Kobi is a Managing Director and the Global Head of Investment Banking Legal at Barclays.  Casey joined Barclays in 2008 from Lehman Brothers, where he started in 2005.  Before Lehman Brothers, Casey was with the law firm Sidley Austin in New York, where he practiced as a corporate and mergers and acquisitions attorney.  As legal counsel for investment banking at Barclays, Casey covers, among other things, equity and debt capital markets origination, mergers and acquisitions, loans and leverage finance, conflicts and business selection, and advises the Barclays’ transaction approval committees.  Casey holds a J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and a B.S. from Indiana University Kelley School of Business and is a member of the bar in New York.
