Barry Brown

Director, Litigation and Regulatory Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.

Barry Brown is a Director in Charles Schwab’s Litigation and Regulatory Group.  Barry joined Schwab in 2013 and leads Schwab’s Employee Transitions litigation practice.  He handles a variety of litigation matters and internal investigations.  He has extensive experience litigating and advising on trade secret, employee mobility, restrictive covenant, and employment issues.  Barry is a member of the Sedona Conference Working Group 12, which is developing principles for the protection of trade secrets in the employment context.  Barry earned his BA in Political Science from UCLA and his JD from the University of San Francisco.
