Annie Hsu

Annie Hsu is a Managing Director and the Head of Swap Dealer Compliance at Jefferies.

Before joining Jefferies, Annie was the Chief Compliance Officer of MUFG Securities Americas Inc. and was responsible for compliance coverage of capital markets activities in the Americas.  Prior to MUFG, Annie was a Managing Director at BNP Paribas and held various roles within the Compliance Division during her 13 years there including being the Chief Compliance Officer of their broker-dealer and futures commission merchant.  Prior to joining BNP Paribas in 2003, Annie was the head of capital markets compliance advisory at Barclays.  Annie received a J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from New York Law School in 2004.
