Ann Stanley

ANN STANLEY is Senior Managing Counsel and Managing Director at BNY Mellon where Ann leads a team of SMEs in global intellectual property, technology, privacy and cybersecurity law, and is also the legal advisor to the Technology, Digital, ERO, Marketing and Corporate Communications global functions.  Previously, Ann was Assistant General Counsel at Avon, Senior Counsel at Schering Plough and a Senior Associate in White & Case’s Brussels and NY offices.  Ann has an LLM in EU Law from the College of Europe, a JD from Fordham University and a BS in French and Spanish from Georgetown University.
