Andrew Smith

I am currently SVP, Senior Counsel for Citizens Financial Group.  Prior to joining Citizens in June 2021, I was with Standard Chartered Bank (2015-2021), starting as Regional Head of Employment Law, Americas (New York) and finishing as Managing Director, Head of Employment Law (London), with global responsibility for the Bank’s 86,000 employees in 61 countries.  I was previously with Citi (2005-2015), Bank of America (2002-2005), Morgan Stanley (1997-2002) and Bressler, Amery & Ross (1993-1997). I have a BA, cum laude, from Boston College and a JD from Fordham University School of Law.
