Andrew McNaughtan

Andrew McNaughtan is an Executive Director of Customer Tax Operations at Wells Fargo and also the Co-Chair of the Corporate Actions Section. As the head of Customer Tax Operations at Wells Fargo, he is responsible for managing their global tax obligations for the Corporate and Investment Banking business. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Andrew was at Morgan Stanley for 17 years where he performed various roles across Financial Control Group and Operations Divisions, including leading their International Tax Utility risk & advisory and tax processing functions across the EMEA and Americas regions. Andrew has previously served as chair of the CAS International Tax Forum at SIFMA since it was established in 2019 until 2024. Originally from Scotland, Andrew relocated to New York in 2013 where he is currently based. Andrew earned a dual B.A. Honors degree in Accountancy and Finance from Glasgow Caledonian University.
