Tracy L. Gerber is a shareholder of the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, where she is Co-Chair of the firm’s Broker-Dealer Securities Litigation Practice Group and Co-Managing Shareholder of the firm’s West Palm Beach office.  Ms. Gerber regularly defends major Wall Street brokerage firms, registered investment advisers and other financial institutions in a wide variety of customer and employment disputes in arbitration, before administrative agencies and in state and federal courts nationwide. Ms. Gerber has substantial cross‐over experience in handling regulatory inquiries and enforcement proceedings. During her career, Ms. Gerber has tried more than 50 arbitrations involving millions of dollars in controversy to final award. Ms. Gerber developed her firm’s national arbitrator database, and has broad experience in arbitrator selection strategy and causal challenges of arbitrators. She has served as an industry arbitrator for FINRA and is a frequent speaker on the subject of securities arbitration.  Ms. Gerber was selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2014-2020 in the field of Securities Litigation, has been recognized by Super Lawyers magazine as a Florida Super Lawyer in both the Securities Litigation and Employment Litigation fields, was recognized by the South Florida Business Journal as one of the 25 “Influential Business Women” of 2017, and has received Martindale-Hubbell’s AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating.
