Tracy L. Gerber is a shareholder of Greenberg Traurig, where she Co-Chairs the firm’s Broker-Dealer Securities Litigation Practice and is Co-Managing Shareholder of the firm’s West Palm Beach office.  Tracy regularly defends broker-dealers in customer and employment disputes in arbitration, before administrative agencies and in state and federal courts nationwide. She has tried more than 50 arbitrations involving millions of dollars in controversy to final award. Tracy developed her firm’s national arbitrator database, and has served as an industry arbitrator for FINRA.  Tracy was selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2014-2020 (Securities Litigation), has been recognized by Super Lawyers magazine as a Florida Super Lawyer (Securities Litigation and Employment Litigation), and was recognized by the South Florida Business Journal as one of the 25 “Influential Business Women” of 2017.  Tracy graduated from Tulane University (B.A.) and the University of Florida College of Law (J.D.).
