Steven Greenbaum

Steven Greenbaum is VP/General Counsel of TradeStation Securities, Inc., a South Florida-based online Broker-Dealer and FCM. As lead counsel, Steven advises the firm on a wide variety of legal matters. He also handles arbitrations, reparations and regulatory inquires, and manages the AML and fraud prevention groups. Between 1988 and 2005, Steven worked in-house with PaineWebber/UBS, first as a litigator, and then as supervisor of the retail counseling group. Steven is a past president of the Florida Securities Dealers Association, a non-profit that represents the securities industry’s interests in Tallahassee and educates the public on fraud awareness and prevention. Steven is rated AV® Preeminent™ by MartindaleHubbell, is a Florida Supreme Court-certified civil and county court mediator, and he also serves as a FINRA non-public arbitrator. In addition to holding law licenses in Florida and Georgia (inactive), Steven holds numerous industry licenses. He received his BA in 1980 and JD in 1983 from Tulane University.
