Robert W. Hawley, Jr.

Robert W. Hawley, Jr. is the Vice-Chairman for Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) in the Americas. He acts as a senior advisor to the regional management team in addition to managing a group of strategic client relationships.

Robert was formerly the CEO of CIB Americas from 2018 to 2020 and prior to that the Deputy CEO of CIB Americas and Head of Global Markets Americas. He joined BNP Paribas in 1997 and has held a number of senior management positions in London, Tokyo, Hong Kong and New York, including leading the Fixed Income businesses in the Americas and in Asia Pacific.

Robert currently serves as a board member of BNP Paribas Asset Management USA and BNP Paribas Wholesale Holdings, Corp. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors for BNP Paribas Securities Corp. and is a member of the BNP Paribas Brazil Consulting Board.

Robert holds a B.S. from Boston University and an MBA from Columbia University.
