Nancy Brady Boyle is a Banking Internal Audit and Technology Risk Assurance professional with over 20 years of multi-dimensional assurance and advisory experience within the Banking and Capital Markets industry. Nancy formerly held senior management roles at Promontory, EisnerAmper, D.E. Shaw, and PwC. Her expertise includes Consent Order and Regulatory Issue Validation Framework Development, BSA/AML and Sanctions Compliance Program Issue Validation and Independent Audit, Annual Risk Assessment and Audit Planning Methodology Development, AML Transaction Surveillance System Validation, Data Lineage, Data Quality and Data Integrity Assessment, and Technology Audit, Risk and Control Assessment. Leveraging her expertise in Trading and Operations, Application Control Reviews, and Fraud Investigation, Nancy conducted a number of high-profile fraud investigations and served as an IT expert witness on behalf of the US DOJ in the Madoff Securities trial.
Nancy graduated with a B.S. in Ceramic Engineering from Rutgers College of Engineering and an M.B.A. in Information Systems from the NYU Stern School of Business. She is an Advisory Committee member of SIFMA IAS and member of the IIA, ISACA and DRI International. She holds the CAMS, CISA and ABCP certifications.
