Michelle brings legal, policy, and operational expertise to her role as Chief Policy Officer of the LongTerm Stock Exchange (LTSE), a start-up building a new national stock exchange focused on long-term value creation. Michelle’s previous experience includes serving as a senior executive at the New York Stock Exchange and serving in senior roles in financial markets policy at the US Department of the Treasury. She has worked as a consultant with McKinsey & Co., Inc and as a securities lawyer. Michelle teaches at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. She has served on Advisory Boards for the World Economic Forum and Net Impact, among others, has been a board member of the NYSE Foundation and other non-profits, and was a member of the White House Council on Women and Girls. She is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Harvard Law School.
