Kevin M Welch leads the Service Delivery Workforce and Business Transformation disciplines. He is responsible for developing options to leverage outsourcing and process automation to drive effective service delivery. In this role, Mr. Welch manages an internal consulting/process engineering team that identifies and implements business processes and technology solutions. Mr. Welch also heads an outsourcing Global Footprint Program. He is responsible for developing and executing BBH’s globalization plan, operational strategy and relationships with outsourcing partners.
Mr. Welch joined Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) in 2004 and previously served as the Head of Service Delivery in the firm’s Krakow office. In this role, Mr. Welch oversaw our regional hub model and the transition of operations and client service related activities to Krakow, ensuring alignment with global standards while enhancing our delivery model and overall service quality. He began his time at the firm in Boston within Corporate Actions, and then became the department head for the division. Kevin has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
