Joseph D’Auria

Joseph D’Auria is a Managing Director in the Corporate Division of Jefferies LLC, an American global investment bank and institutional securities firm headquartered in New York. In his role at Jefferies LLC, Joe serves as the Global Head of Regulatory Reporting and is responsible for the compilation and review of its regulatory reports as well as advising the business units on regulatory rules and proposed rule changes. Prior to joining Jefferies LLC in September 2012, Joe worked at Morgan Stanley from 1993 through 2012 with his last position being Executive Director and Head of the Americas Regulatory Reporting within the Finance Department. For the period from 1991 to 1993, Joe was the Chief Financial Officer of the Deltec Asset Management, a New York based securities broker–deal and asset manager. Earlier in his career, Joe worked for Deloitte & Touche as a member of the audit department servicing their clients in the Financial Services Practice from 1980 to 1991. Joe is an advisory member of the Financial Management Society of SIFMA after serving as vice president and president from 2013 to 2017. Joe earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from Baruch College. He is a CPA and holds a Series 27 license.
