Joseph Barkley

Joe is a Senior Vice President in Operations at Raymond James & Associates, Inc. with responsibility for Clearance and Settlement, Corporate Actions, Purchase and Sales, and Custody.

Joe joined Raymond James in April 2012 when Morgan Keegan was acquired by Raymond James.  He joined Morgan Keegan as the Assistant Operations Manager in January 1986.  Joe was named Director of Operations for Morgan Keegan in 1995.

Joe, a CPA, first started his career out of college with Ernst and Whinney, a national accounting firm in Memphis, Tennessee in 1982.

Joe was born and raised in Memphis.  He received his B.B.A. in Accounting from Memphis State University, where he also played baseball.  Joe has one child.
