Dina Starace
Dina Starace is an Executive Director and Head of Field Compliance and Testing at UBS. She has over 30 years of financial services experience primary managing 1st line Supervision and 2nd line Compliance teams. In her current role at UBS she is responsible for a large team of Compliance Officers focusing on the Wealth Management Division, including branch examinations, rules based testing, conduct compliance, heightened supervision and field compliance. Her experience in rules and regulations allows her to cover a variety of topics, policies, and provide risk assessments. Dina has been with UBS for a total of eight years. Dina began her career at Merrill Lynch/Bank of America where she spent twenty-two years prior to joining UBS.
