Debo P. Adegbile
Debo P. Adegbile is a partner in the firm’s Government and Regulatory Litigation group and Co-Chair of the firm’s Anti-discrimination practice. His practice focuses on a range of matters at the intersection of law, business, and government policy. Mr. Adegbile has significant experience in commercial, government‐facing and anti‐discrimination matters, as well as in appellate and Supreme Court litigation, investigations and strategic counseling in high‐stakes matters. Mr. Adegbile currently serves as a commissioner on the US Commission on Civil Rights, appointed by President Obama in 2016. Previously, he served as Senior Counsel to the Chairman of the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee, and prior to that as the Director of Litigation for the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc. Mr. Adegbile is the Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees and an alum of Connecticut College; a trustee and an alum of NYU School of Law and serves on the Board of Directors of the Vera Institute of Justice.
