Carrie Holmes has been employed with the state of Florida, Office of Financial Regulation, Division of Securities for the past 12 years. She is currently the Chief of the Bureau of Enforcement. She has previously held the Financial Administrator, Area Financial Manager for North Florida, and Senior Examiner positions. Prior to joining the Office, she worked 12 years in various roles for a national broker-dealer. She is a graduate of Lenoir-Rhyne University with a B.A. degree in Business Administration.
