The SIFMA Conference Technology Management Conference & Exhibit is the single Annual Event that brings together executives responsible for the management of information and technology within the securities industry.

This is the annual management education program designed expressly for individuals within securities firms who have management responsibility for technology-based support activities, including: communications, market data, information security, trading room support, web and Internet technology and information systems.

Vendors of related securities industry specific products and services will overflow the three-floor exhibit facility of The Hilton New York in what will be the largest exhibit of its kind ever assembled. Over 7,000 individuals visited last year's Exhibit. The three general sessions, 14 workshops, luncheon and Exhibit are all aimed at helping the target audience become more effective at their firms; a very challenging goal. The Conference program is developed under the guidance of the sponsoring SIFMA Technology Management Committee.

The Targeted Audience consists of executives within securities firms responsible for managing communications, data processing, market data, information security, trading room support, web and Internet technology, information systems and other related technology activities. This means that the audience is one of exceptionally high quality. We expect over 500 of these decision-makers to be in attendance, as well as 200+ from non-members of SIFMA. While they obviously have a strong technical bent, it is important to keep in mind that they are predominately management people. Interestingly, over 100 reporters from the technical and general press also attended last year's Conference, reflecting the growing and broadening interest in how the securities industry is using technology. The central and still growing role of technology to the securities business has made this Conference a must for technology management throughout the securities industry. This past June, close to 500 members of this influential group attended the conference (34% Senior Vice President/Managing Directors; 43% Vice President/Directors).

Booth Rental – Exhibit Space is $55.00 per square foot. Each standard exhibit booth space is 8’x10’ (80 sq. feet) is $4,400.

Booth Space Assignment - Exhibit space must be reserved by a phone call to Diana Serri at SIFMA (212.618.0558). After you reserve your booth location by phone, an application and invoice will be sent to you. Payment in full must be received within ten business days, or your space will be automatically canceled.

Exhibit Hall Hours - Although subject to modification, the Exhibit Hall will be open as follows and all events listed will take place in the Exhibit Hall:

Exhibitor Manual - An Exhibitor’s Manual, which will be on CD-ROM, which contains all the necessary utility forms and information concerning material shipping, Exhibitor move-in, Exhibitor move-out, internet access, drayage, furniture rental, etc. will be sent to you shortly after receipt of the completed application form and payment for booth space.

Exhibitor Booth Personnel- Seven (7) complimentary Exhibitor Personnel Badges will be provided per booth rented. These badges will give your company representatives 24-hour access to the Exhibit Hall, but not to the Conference Sessions. Additional Exhibitor Badges can be purchased at a fee of $35 per badge.

Conference & Exhibit Hall Registrants Mailing List - To help make exhibiting more productive and give you the opportunity for pre-show promotional mailings, SIFMA will furnish exhibitors with a CD ROM of Conference & Exhibit Hall registrants four weeks prior to the Exhibition as well as a final listing four weeks post event.

Hotel Accommodations - SIFMA has reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton New York at a special Conference rate available only to participants at SIFMA’s Technology Management Conference & Exhibit. Reservation forms can be found under the "Hotel" Button. These forms should be sent directly to the Hilton New York.

Conference Registration for Exhibitors - Exhibitors may register for the entire Conference program, which entitles them to attend all general sessions, luncheons and workshops. One person per booth rented may register at the discounted SIFMA member rate of $900. Additional company personnel may register, but at the regular non-member rateof $1,200.
