  The Industry Issues Subcommittee tackles a wide range of interconnected industry issues that regularly affect Corporate Actions.
   
• Membership 
  Chaired by James Boyle, Goldman Sachs 
  The Membership Subcommittee focuses on membership outreach and retention efforts, specifically aimed towards growing and diversifying the Section membership.  
   
• Physicals, DRS and Payments 
  Chaired by Thomas O’Hara, Edward Jones and Kathryn Sevcik, Wells Fargo 
  The Physicals, DRS and Payments Subcommittee meets to discuss issues regarding the exchange of physical certificates and the entitlement processing and collection of any security which has undergone Corporate Actions processing.  
   
• Proxy
  Chaired by Leonard Belvedere, American Stock Transfer 
  The Proxy Subcommittee focuses on a range of industry proxy issues, including the 2010 SEC Concept Release on the U.S. Proxy System.
   
• STP
  Chaired by John Wagner, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney 
  The STP Subcommittee meets to explore potential issues stemming from the industry conversion to the T+1 settlement cycle, particularly for Corporate Actions.
