Welcome to SIFMA's STP Web Page. It contains the very latest information on the SIFMA-managed industry initiative — Straight Through Processing.

The STP initiative has recently refocused its efforts towards the completion of several key deliverables.

Central to these efforts are the goals of same-day affirmation/matching and the elimination of physical certificates. In addition, with the completion of approximately 80 percent of the industry's original STP goals, the previous stand-alone subcommittee structure has been realigned, migrating those active subcommittees and their respective projects to existing SIFMA committees, divisions and industry utilities. The STP Steering Committee has been retired.
