Debt Prime Brokerage Documents

In December 2000 the Association published an exposure draft of standardized documentation and guidance notes to facilitate debt prime brokerage transactions. Comments received subsequent to publication suggest that current business practices in this area are too diverse and evolving and not currently susceptible to trade association standardized documentation efforts.
