  • Makes staffing decisions, assigns work, and recognizes, develops, and evaluates performance without regard to race, age, gender, sexual orientation, disabilities, culture, and religion, etc. Requires direct reports to do the same 
  • Understands and upholds NYSE values, policies and standards regarding diversity; informs direct reports and co-workers, as necessary 
  • Avoids words and conduct that might offend or exclude others
  • Challenges situations that could present obstacles to a diverse and bias-free workplace.
