This report provides current-year base salary and prior-year base salary, bonus, other cash compensation, and total compensation information for 240 management and professional positions. This report is based on data from 41 member firms that collectively employ more than 172,000 exempt and non-exempt individuals. The positions in this report are divided into the following categories: Accounting, Administration, Compliance, Customer Service, Finance, Floor/Trading, Human Resources Management, Internal Audit, Investment Management, Legal, Marketing/Corporate Communications, Operations, Research, Risk Management, Systems Technology, and Wealth Management. The Highlights section includes summary tables that present average salary and bonus information for each position, as well as the numbers of firms reporting data and the number of positions in each calculation. This report also includes position-by-position arrays of individual compensation for employees nationwide. In certain places, data are segmented into firm-size groups according to the number of employees in each firm.
