For 39 years, SIFMA's Annual Operations Conference & Exhibit has bought together senior operations professionals from across the financial industry. In an effort to enhance your networking opportunities, SIFMA is pleased to extend two complimentary conference registrations with each 8'x10' exhibit space rented to all participating exhibitors.  Should your team require additional registrations, they may register for the conference at the SIFMA Member Rate.

Exhibit Fee 
Exhibit space is $4,850 per 8' x 10' booth (80 sq. feet) or $60.63 per sq. foot. 

The SIFMA Operations Conference Exhibitor Package offers maximum value with: 

  • 8' x 10' Exhibit Space – standard booth size (larger space available upon request)
  • Two Complimentary conference/exhibit registrations with each exhibit space rental
  • Exhibit Guide Listing - 150 word company profile (product/service description) included in the official exhibit guide, which is distributed to all conference attendees
  • SIFMA Website listing - 150 Word company profile (product/service description) listed on SIFMA's event Web page
  • Your URL/Web listing will have the potential of being viewed by up to an average of 400,000 users per month
  • Preliminary List of Conference Registrants, in electronic format, four weeks prior to the event. This list will include attendee Name, Title, Firm, and Mailing Address

While the hours listed above are times when the Exhibit Hall is officially open, exhibitors will have access to the hall at all times and may use any other periods they wish to meet with clients or prospective customers. For security purposes, SIFMA will request that if any meetings are scheduled, the exhibitor notifies SIFMA prior to the meeting.
