Panel 3 – 2013 Regulatory Outlook
There is bi-partisan agreement that private capital must begin to play a greater role in mortgage finance so that the government may reduce its significant role in funding mortgage lending. This panel of business leaders and outside counsel will review when, why and how regulation will impact private label securitization in 2013 in their discussion of impending rule changes and their effect on the business of securitization.
