To make a room reservation, simply call Hyatt Reservations at (800) 233-1234. You must be sure to advise reservations that you are booking a room at the Grand Hyatt New York under the following grouping code: “JSIF”. If you fail to give this code, you will not receive the group room rate.
Hotel Information:
Room Rate: $399.00 Single Occupancy – Run of the House.
For each additional person, add $25.00 to the rate.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and Checkout time is Noon.
The hotel accepts the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club and Carte Blanche.
In the event of an early departure a $100.00 fee will be charged to the guest room folio. Rates subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-in.
Note: Request for reservations at the special SIA group rate must be received prior to September 10, 2007. Reservations requests after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the Hotel’s prevailing rates.
All cancellations must be made 36 hours prior to day of arrival to avoid (1) night room and
tax charge to your credit card.
