Vendor Workshops
Once again SIFMA is offering a limited number of vendor workshop sessions. These one-hour sessions will be included as part of the conference program and must address current, pertinent topics in BCP. This is a unique opportunity to directly address an audience of BCP decision makers and an excellent way to supplement your Conference exhibit.
The vendor workshop package is an outstanding value that includes:
- Workshop room to accommodate an audience of at least 50 people
- Special promotional highlights in the program booklet and on the conference website
- List of Conference registrants for promotional purposes prior to the conference
- One complimentary Conference registration (allows access to the full conference program)
- Company signage at door to workshop room
- Product literature and promotional items may be distributed in the workshop room
Vendor workshops are offered at $6,000 per 60-minute session.
SIFMA will evaluate vendor workshop proposals on a first-come-first-served basis. SIFMA reserves the right to select workshops based on the relevance and uniqueness of the presentation.

Monday Afternoon
Tuesday Morning
SIFMA will provide vendor workshop presenters with a list of Conference registrants four weeks prior to the Conference, as well as the final roster within two weeks after the Conference.
Exhibitor badges will be provided to workshop presenters
One complimentary Conference registration is provided that allows access to the full conference program. Additional personnel from your company can register at the regular rate.
Each vendors can provide A/V equipment for their workshop or arrange with SIFMA to obtain equipment at extra cost.
