Enclosed is pertinent information regarding the 2007 SIFMA Business Continuity Planning Conference and Exhibit, October 29, 2007, at the New York Marriott Marquis in Times Square. To ensure a successful set up for the Table Display, the following materials are enclosed:
- Forms for ordering utility services, such as electric, ISDN lines, A/V and computer rentals are attached. We strongly suggest you place your orders early, so that your services will be installed and available at your table by 7:00 a.m. on Monday, October 29, 2007, which is the official move-in and set-up time for exhibitors.
- The draped tables are 6' x 3'. You will also have two chairs and a firm identification sign. Backdrops will not be permitted. You may however drape your table with your firm's banner. Please make special note that this is a Table Top Exhibit - and all exhibit materials must be placed on the table.
- Please review the attached package room delivery form for the Marriott Marquis. You will be charged a delivery fee by the hotel for all shipments delivered to the hotel and then to your table. Please note there will not be any on-site storage for give-a-ways, empty boxes, etc. and we strongly suggest that you limit your display materials and bring in only what can be hand-carried and stored under your display table.
Set-Up is from 6:30 a.m. and must be completed by 7:30 a.m. on Monday October 29th. The draped display tables, telephone and electrical installation will be completed prior to your arrival. The displays are open from 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on October 29th.

- The Marriott Marquis will begin accepting Exhibitor Materials starting Friday, October 26, 2007. In order to have all your packages brought directly to your table, all boxes, packages, etc. should be labeled as follows:

Deliver to Broadway South Ballroom – 10/29 @ 6:30 a.m.
- Set-Up will begin at 6:30 a.m. and must be completed by 7:30 a.m. on Monday, October 29th. Pre-ordered utility services will be set prior to your arrival.
- Dismantling will begin at 5:00 p.m. All materials must be completely packed and removed from the Exhibit Area by 7:00 p.m. on Monday, October 29th.
- Discounted Exhibitor Conference Registration Form is enclosed. For additional registrations please visit SIFMA's Web site at http://www.sifma.org/conferences/2007/BCP/registration.shtml.
- Hotel Reservations - A special SIFMA group rate has been established with the hotel. In order to receive this discounted rate, all reservations must be made with the hotel prior to October 8, 2007. All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid (1) night room and tax charge to your credit card. - Exhibitor table personnel: Registration for table personnel is now available on SIFMA's website. Please enter all names for table personnel by October 1, 2007; any names submitted after this cut-off date will be charged $50, whether or not you have reached your allotted amount of badges. The website can be accessed using the same username, password and directions given to you in your exhibitor confirmation letter.
