Exhibit Showcase for all Sponsors
In an effort to promote more networking opportunities, sponsors will be given the opportunity showcase there products and services in the foyer outside the General Session Ballroom. This new format allows us to offer all sponsors additional networking advantages throughout the conference.
Sponsor Table-Top Assignment
The cost for each Table-Top Display is $3,000. Sponsorship fee includes one 6’x 3’ draped table, 2 chairs and an identification sign with your Firm Name.
This Table-Top Exhibit is being offered on a first-come, first-served basis and should be reserved by a phone call to Diana Serri at SIFMA (212.618.0558). After you have reserved your table location, an invoice and contract will be sent to you. Payment, in full, must be received within ten business days of invoice date, or your space will automatically be canceled. Space is limited – so, don’t delay.
Sponsor Exhibit Set-Up
Table-Top Exhibit Set-Up begins at 6:30 a.m. on Monday, October 29th and must be completed by 7:30 a.m. in time for the first networking opportunity - Registration & Continental Breakfast.
Sponsor Exhibit Dismantle
Teardown begins at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, October 29th. All display materials must be completely removed from the Exhibit area by 6:00 p.m. on October 29th.
Sponsor Table Personnel
Three (3) Exhibitor badges will be provided free of charge. These badges will give your company representatives access to the Exhibit area, but not to the Conference Sessions.
Attendee List
In order to make participation more productive and to give you the opportunity for some pre-show promotion, SIFMA will furnish exhibitors with a list of Conference attendee’s four weeks prior to the Conference, as well as a complete listing within two weeks after the Conference. Both lists will be in Excel format on CD Rom and will include Name, Title, Firm and Mailing Address only. Please note that due to SIFMA’s privacy policy, we are not permitted to offer Telephone or Email information.
Conference Registration
In addition, to increase your networking time, one (1) person per Tabletop rented is invited to attend the entire Conference, which entitles you to attend all business sessions at the SIFMA Member Rate. Additional individuals from your company may register, but at the regular non-member rate. Exhibitor Conference Registration Forms will follow.
