The Asset Managers Forum is in the process of determining what the impact is to the asset managers and custodians of the proposed changes to the cutoff times.

The MMI Blue Sky Task Force report proposes to change the current settlement timeline for MMI valued new issuance.

The new DTC Valued MMI Issuance cutoff would be 1:30 pm (instead of 3:20 pm); and the MMI RAD Valued New Issuance Approval cutoff would be 2:15 pm (instead of 3:30 pm).
