Table Top Assignment - The cost for a standard Table-Top Exhibit is $3,500. Exhibit Space is being offered on a first-come, first-served basis and should be reserved via email or phone call to Diana Serri at SIFMA (dserri@sifma.org or 212.618.0558). This includes one 6’x 30” draped table, 2 chairs and an identification sign with your firm name. After you have reserved your exhibit space, an invoice and contract will be sent to you. Payment, in full, must be received within ten business days of invoice date, or your space will automatically be canceled.
Exhibitor Set-up and Dismantle
Exhibitor move-in and installation begins on Wednesday Evening, October 24, from 7:00 – 10:00 p.m. All exhibit booths must be set up, ready and operating by 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 25 th. Dismantle begins on Friday, October 26th at 10:30 a.m.
Exhibit Hall Drayage – Shipping & Material Handling
SIFMA will be partnering with Freeman Decorating so that all exhibit materials can be moved into the hall in an efficient and timely manner, and we encourage all exhibitors to ship all exhibit materials directly through Freeman Decorating. Please note any shipments sent directly to the hotel will incur a per package material handling fee.

Attendee List
In order to make exhibiting more productive and to give you the opportunity for some pre-show promotion, Exhibitors will be furnished with a list of Conference attendee's four weeks prior to the Conference, as well as a complete listing within two weeks after the Conference. Both lists will be in Excel format on CD Rom and will include Name, Title, Firm and Mailing Address only. Please note that due to our privacy policy, we are not permitted to offer telephone or email information.
Discounted Conference Registration for Exhibitors
Discounted Conference Registrations - One (1) conference registration per tablerented may be reserved at SIFMA’s member rate of $1,095.
Exhibitor Booth Personnel
Three exhibitor badges, per table rented, will be provided free of charge. There is an additional per-badge charge of $50 (per badge) for any additional badges requested. These badges will give your company representatives access to the Exhibit Hall, but not to any of the Conference Sessions.
