Our unique program provides branch mangers with the vital management skills needed to succeed in today's business environment. SIFMA’s Private Client Services Committee, the sponsor of this program, has recently made major program changes to reflect the needs of the modern marketplace, and the demands on branch managers. For example, we have incorporated two interactive panels, including one of very experienced branch managers, and a second of financial advisors with varying degrees of experience. These panels provide the class with keen insight into the daily and long-term challenges of branch managers, and provide tactical ideas on how to achieve excellence.
Registration is limited to 24 participants, on a first come, first served basis. This allows for a highly interactive exchange of ideas and skills between the participants and instructors as well as among the participants themselves. Upon completion, participants are:
- better able to implement your firm's strategies at the branch level, while considering branch resources, client base, demographics, and other key factors,
- more effective at recruiting the right individuals,
- more effective at coaching and counseling producers.
- more skillful at conducting effective, motivating sales meetings.
- better equipped to assist FAs in building their business.
The Branch Manager Development Program, which is sponsored by SIFMA’s Private Client Services Committee, has provided SIFMA member firms with branch manager training for 19 years. We enhance and update the program regularly to keep it current.
