Stewart Lee's reputation as one of the most successful trainers and motivators in the securities industry has been earned over a 30 year career that includes experience in virtually all facets of the industry.  He began his Wall Street career as a retail broker, and then branched out into institutional and commodities sales. He also has been a Branch Office Manager, Training Director, and Human Resources Director. Mr. Lee is active in SIFMA affairs as a featured speaker at conferences, topical forums, and the SIFMA Institute at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.  As a past chairman of SIA's Human Resources Management Committee, he founded Regional Roundtables for Personnel Directors and Training Directors.
